As the recent report published by Relocation.com shows, there are five most popular states which are often chosen by the people moving or relocating in the country. Major National Consumer Moving Survey was the main topic in which the names of these states are also mentioned. According to the percentage of people moving to these states, the names are, California (6%), Florida (5%), Texas (4%), New York (3%) and Georgia (2%).
The study also reveals some other analysis. As the press release of the survey shows, there are several reasons behind these moving and it also sheds some light on the present situation of the real estate market as it stands. The study reveals that, there are two pressing economic reasons behind the relocation that are undertaken to these five states. One is the change of job and the other is the change in lifestyle for retirement or sudden downsizing.
